NF-e: a tool to make life easier for the producer
The electronic invoice (NF-e) consists of a digital document that serves to formalize the sale of any product or service, issued only digitally and stored electronically, for tax purposes. The legal guarantee of these documents is ensured by the digital signature, through the digital certificate, both by the sender of the NF-e and by the Tax Authorities that receive it.
The Digital Certificate is one of the most secure means of digital authentication currently available. In addition to going through a series of protocols for issuance, it is also protected by advanced encryption.
After issuing the NF-e, the Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document (DANFE) is generated, which is a representation of the invoice with all the necessary data to accompany the goods in transit. With the use of the NF-e, the producer is not dependent on the block to issue an invoice.
Issue the NF-e quickly and securely with the 3tentos App

In App 3tentos, the producer must access the item “Delivery of grains with NF-e”, being directed to a screen where he can issue a new delivery note or consult the history of all notes issued through the application.
To issue a note, the producer must enter some information about the load as shown in the image below and then his DANFE will be saved and ready for the transport of the load.
In addition to being easy and quick to issue, the NF-e will now be automatically available to the unit, thus streamlining the process of weighing the load and issuing the packing list, which will also be available on the 3tentos App.
