A consolidated program within 3tentos, Produtor+ aims at personalized work between the Company's technical department and rural producers, developing the concept of integrated management for soybean, corn and rice crops. Furthermore, the initiative encourages innovations, ideas and creative strategies to increase sustainable productivity, anticipating scenarios and trends with the combination of personalized solutions for rural producers.
To achieve these objectives, each 3tentos field professional leads, in partnership with the producer, the implementation of concepts and innovations in farming, mapping points for improvement and sharing the results, ensuring the technical and economic sustainability of the agricultural activity.
In 2024, in its 10th edition, the program had the participation of 122 producers, 108 from Rio Grande do Sul and 14 from Mato Grosso. The results achieved by each technical consultant are presented to an internal committee, which evaluates: portfolio management; territory management; innovation; technical delivery; and market development.
In the 23/24 harvest edition, of the 122 cases, 5 consultants who presented the best results with producers stood out and were awarded:
1st place: Pedro Henrique Bonini da Luz (Panambi)
2nd place: Mário Roberto Utzig Neto (Passo Fundo)
3rd place: Mateus Wacholz Thiel (Canguçú)
4th place: Tales Rafael Andreatta (Jewel)
5th place: Isledi W. da Silva Borgmann (Uruguaiana)
Produtor + follows the harvest year and this year will launch its 11th edition, expanding the number of participating producers.
